Payment Policies
We ask for a $300 deposit. (A 2-night camp is a $150 deposit.)
By June 1st – We ask that half of the entire bill for Family Camp be paid.
The remainder of the bill is due upon arrival at Mount Carmel for your Family Camp week.
Cancellation Policies
Before January 1st, 2026: We will give a full refund, including the deposit.
January 1-June 1st, 2026: We will refund everything except the $300 deposit.
After June 1st, 2026 – We will refund half of the entire bill.
