For mature high school or collage-aged students, we offer a Staff-in-Training option. We invite you to spend one week working alongside our full-time Summer Staff to learn what it is like to work at Mount Carmel. During the course of your time at Mount Carmel, you will be mentored by a member of the summer staff, try on leadership, and engage with the Bible studies the summer staff conducts outside of the normal family camp programming.
